Preacher: Nick Louw

Sunday Morning

Date: 8th June 2025

Passage: Ephesians 6:1-9

-------------------

It’s said that each child comes into the world with “sealed orders.” As parents, guardians, or mentors, our calling isn’t just to raise well-behaved kids – it’s to help them unseal those orders and walk in the purpose God has written for them. If every child arrives with a God-given purpose, is it possible we've forgotten our role in helping them discover it?
This week’s message builds on the foundation laid in part one, challenging us to rethink what it means to parent God’s children, especially when it comes to teaching them about God's salvation plan, sacrifice, and service.
Parenting isn’t just a duty. It’s discipleship.

Preacher: Nick Louw

Sunday Morning

Date: 1st June 2025

Passage: Ephesians 6:1-9

-------------------

With shelves full of parenting books and endless online advice, why is it that the one voice we rarely consult is the One who created children in the first place?
In a world overflowing with opinions on how to raise kids, God’s design often gets drowned out. But what if the Bible doesn’t just offer spiritual wisdom, but the most practical parenting strategy of all?
Whether you're a parent, guardian, teacher, or simply someone with the power to shape a young life, this two-part sermon will challenge what you thought you knew – and point you toward something far better.
Don’t miss part one of this eye-opening message on raising children God’s way.

The whole series - https://sermons.stmarksplumstead.org/series/5449/gods-design-for-the-family/

But what if God’s chosen messenger for you looks far more ordinary than you’d expect? This week’s message turns expectations upside down, revealing how God delivers wisdom, truth, and strength in surprising ways, and why missing it might cost more than you realise.
Kids, parents, and anyone who’s ever rolled their eyes at advice – this one’s for you.

The results? Broken homes, confused roles, and silent struggles behind closed doors. But what if there’s a better way? What if the Bible holds a blueprint for manhood that’s not only relevant, but also radically needed today? In this week’s sermon, we unpack a truth that could reshape how you lead, love, and live, not just as a man, but as a follower of Christ.
Start your week anchored in truth.

We go to great lengths to secure our homes, yet many of us leave our relationships wide open to attack. Behind so much relational breakdown is a spiritual battle we often don’t even realise we’re in.
In this powerful sermon, we uncover the surprising strategy God used to overcome evil and why these same tools are key to building strong, Christ-centred marriages today.
Whether your marriage needs healing, strengthening, or just a fresh perspective, this message offers truth that could change everything.

Discover Jesus - https://stmarks.churchtrac.com/card/132https://sermons.stmarksplumstead.org/series/5449/gods-design-for-the-family/

Could it be part of His plan to restore a broken world?
Whether you're part of a weird and wonderful family structure or struggling to make sense of a more dysfunctional one, this message might reshape your vision of home, purpose, and eternity.
Listen now to discover what your family is really for.
